We (2 adults & 2 children 9&5) stayed at Ikos Olivia for 9 nights in October and had a fantastic time. I would really struggle to find anything to complain about! The whole resort is immaculately clean, the food and drink is second to non with a wide range of cuisine to choose from. The staff are all friendly and can not do enough to help. Special shout out goes to Katarina and Constantina who looked after us pool side every day. Also Areti in the lobby bar in the evening was amazing. She kept us topped up with lovely cocktails and was great with our children. I would recommend Ikos Olivia to anyone! We are looking forward to a return trip this year and cant wait already!

We visited the hotel in June this year and absolutely loved the experience. The quality of the service, food and amenities is what makes this place so special. However its the staff that go above and beyond. Special mention goes to the management team, the Guest Relations Manager Veroni and the Duty Manager Katerina. Vicky and Elena at the Guest Relations Desk could not have been more helpful with their outstanding level of service. We will be back soon.

This is our third stay at Ikos Olivia and what is striking is the consistency of friendliness and effort to make guests happy. Many top hotels provide great service. Very few have so many staff who really care about your stay and go out of their way to ensure you are having a great time. I stupidly took someone else's baggage my mistake at the airport and Katerina Sroda on the front desk liased with BA to get it sent back to the owner and get my bag sent to the hotel. Veroni, Katerina Micheli, Vassilis and Lisa always asked about our day and remembered little details about us. I saw Christa deal very diplomatically with some angry guests who were not allowed to smoke inside a restaurant. George and Assimina the Food and Beverage managers were always checking about our experience. On the beach and at the beach bar Damianos, Betty, Fenia, Kristina, Stravros, Alexandra, Ariete and Menalous and at the lobby bar Olga, Ariete and Maria always remembered our drink preferences. None of this sounds exceptional except you feel like you matter to the hotel staff and that they really care about you. Jumeiriah, Regus, Four Seasons, Oriental are also exceptional but not quite so consistent. There is always a member of staff going through the motions. At Ikos we end up each time really missing the staff when we get back home!…

Ikos Olivia is the most exceptional hotel we have ever stayed in. The quality of the outstanding food coupled with the amazing staff makes for the most magical holiday experience. I don't know how they train their staff but whatever they do, every other company should take note and do the same. Nothing is too much trouble. Where else would they remember from a previous visit that I liked rose champagne and have a bottle sent to my room? Where else would they remember that I had had a back problem a year previously and ask how I was? All the staff were amazing, without exception, every single one of them going out of their way to serve us and make our holiday so memorable. Special mention goes to the wonderful management team, the outstanding duty manager Katerina Micheli, the wonderful Guest Relations manager Veroni, the amazing Assimina, the deputy Food and Beverages manager and the lovely Lisa on the front desk. Vasilis and Katerina on the front desk could not have been more helpful with their outstanding level of service. In the out of this world restaurants, Theano, Spyros and Joanna in Anaya, Vanessa and Giorgios in Provence, George and Stefan in Ouzo, Enea in Fresco and Akis and Fotini in Flavors all go above and beyond the service I have ever received in any hotel anywhere in the world, genuinely care about you and will do anything in their power to make your holiday special. I cannot praise the hotel and the staff enough, we will be returning regularly to this truly wonderful and exceptional hotel.…
