A truly wonderful experience - one of the best stays I've experienced in Bali. Not only is the hotel beautiful, surrounded by nature, but the staff there were extraordinary. Miss Budi (our personal butler) really took care of us, she was very attentive and super friendly! She was really sweet and always asked us how we are and what we needed more even though we were already very happy with what she & other staffs provided. Mandapa staff really made our stay comfortable, followed health protocol and a truly surreal experience. I can't wait to come back!

Just arrived warmly welcomed by the butler service team, stay in a really private room equipped with a private pool. The dinner and breakfast menus are also very delicious, I have never tasted typical Mandapa food before. I really hope that I will be able to stay with my family, because without having to leave the hotel the activities offered in the hotel are enough to carry out activities while in Bali.

Our stay in Mandapa is beyond our expectation. The staffs were very friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to our patih that help us alot and arranging everything. I was sick during second day of our stay and i asked to send me doctor and the staffs keep checking on us and sending foods and drinks to our room. We had dinner at Kubu Restaurant which was amazingly good. Would recommend this hotel for sure!

It's been truly an experience staying here. Starting from the check in process all the way to check out day. Selly, the personal butler, is only within one text away to make sure I have everything I need. Their villa is one of the best I've ever stayed in, their service is literally second to none. Love every minute of my time while staying in Mandapa. Keep the good work, I will come back again soon!

Worth every dime i spent. Thanks to Mandapa, my year end holiday was made colorful. For my trip, my family was given a patih, bu Selly; she made my life easy right from beginning (check-in & check out). She accompanied my kids throughout my almost 1/2 a day VW ride trip organized by the resort, picked us up with towels and water after rafting and even helped arrange for the PCR tests etc. Before we left, our kids even got a sweet handwritten card and keychains as a memento from Bu Selly. It’s all in the little details that make a big difference. Bu Selly, we thank you v much, you deserve a promotion & raise <— Mandapa, do take note 😉
